/projects/v1/{id}/local-boardsBoards a workbench keeps for this project's repository and has not promoted to the platform, with the tracker mirror each writes. Live reports only: a board counts while its device is online. A board every member workbench reports is one entry, its other devices listed in alsoOn and its agents summed. A platform tracker for a target a live mirror already writes is refused (409 mirror_conflict). Members of the project, viewers too.
A device access token from the device-code flow (aioe_at_…). A DPoP-bound token is sent as Authorization: DPoP <token> with a fresh DPoP proof on every request.

Mojo Up AI Cloud only, with a person's access token: the id of the organisation the request is for. A person's session is not tied to one organisation, so each request names it. Device tokens already carry their organisation.
